Thank you! It's a great way to frame the core issue, I think. Claude told me it was a unique idea that I had developed, lol, but I think I just applied more of a universally understood one in reality. I googled it a few days ago and came up with lots of entries about it including YouTube vids. Today I google it and the algorithm only shows me pages of renting vs owning a home 😂🤦♀️ I asked Perplexity for help and it was kinda useful but I had to prompt not to tell me about houses before I got to the better stuff!
